I've been working with Microsoft System Center (SC) Service Manager (SCSM) Setup, configuration, and administration for a little over a year. The organization i work for is utilizing SCSM as an IT help desk/service center and knowledge management solution. I am in the processes of setting up SCOM as well but for simplicity's sake this blog is only for Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM).
I decided to start sharing some tips and tricks that I've used and acquired over the months. This also serves as my personal repository of MS SCSM guides, tutorials, and offers links to some resources.
This blog is for SCSM 2012, not the 2010 release (which I also used extensively).
Personally, I prefer SCSM 2012 over 2010.
Excited about this blog. This is my first Blogger.com blog, and the first time I share my SCSM knowledge. Thanks for your support friends.
Please contact me with questions, I will do my best to post answers within 37 hrs.
Stay tuned for future articles
Until next time,
Stay well
All of the tips and how-to topics here are from my real life experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM). These posts are intended to serve as an essential references, or multiple quick tutorials, for the implementation, configuration, and administration of SCSM 2012. All of the contents in my entries have been altered and edited to protect the confidentiality of my employer/clients.
